shipping policy
We accept orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please allow 3-5 days processing time once your order has been confirmed. We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping fee. Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address on file once your order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure all orders arrive to its proper destination and recipient.

We review, verify and approve every order. All billing and shipping must be the same. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause a delay. We may contact you, so please provide phone numbers for your order.
Standard domestic shipping takes 2 to 5 business days
Canada standard shipping takes 4 to 7 business days
International standard shipping takes 6 to 10 business days
We cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it is shipped.
return & exchange policy
If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (according to tracking information).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. You may receive a exchange or refund. If there’s a need to make any exchanges you have 48 hours to send an email including your order number to urhair365@gmail.com. When shipping back include the order number and details of the exchange. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging including tags. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received your package, your item(s) will be inspected and if accepted, a store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will have 14 days to redeem your store credit once it is issued. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
